About Border Bounce

Border Bounce was officially launched in November of 2018, to provide an easy solution for cross-border parcel management. Our new depot officially launched in March of 2020 (yes I know, 90% of comedy or trajedy is timing) conveniently located on Highway 2 in Havre, MT at the Holiday Village Mall, which provides a reliable and dedicated location for deliveries.

How do I Get My Items?
We operate primarily as a self pick-up location (please use the 'Plan Arrival' button on the front page, so we have your items ready).  There is no additional charge for this service.

For items smaller in size and/or weight, we also offer USPS/CanadaPost or UPS shipping with a $5 prep fee, and the actual cost for shipping itself.  Costs will vary based on different factors, but there is a flat-rate option from USPS of $25.99USD for up to 4lbs +$10CAD for Canadian Customs clearance.
 

Security

Mall access to this depot is not open to the public and entrance can only be provided with a key holder escort. The shipping door is secured by an entry code, and there are several Lorex 1080p security cameras on site. Rest assured the care and protection of your purchases is our highest priority.
